Tool for Consumers of Canadian Telecommunications Services
Posted on September 6th, 2016
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) released a Web-based tool for consumers in February 2016. The tool is called Communication Service Providers in Canada. It enables Canadian consumers to search for and compare service providers, find out how to change service providers, and to file complaints with the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS). The tool is located here http://www.crtc.gc.ca/eng/comm/services.htm (English) and http://www.crtc.gc.ca/fra/comm/services.htm (Français).
